1. What is Supima® cotton?
Supima® is a luxury cotton that represents less than 1% of the cotton grown worldwide. What makes this coveted cotton so exclusive are its extra-long staple fibers which are known for their properties of softness, strength, and color retention. This fiber has a trademark dense yet ultra-soft feel.
2. Where do you source your cotton?
All of our cotton is American-grown by our own team of farmers and craftsmen. We control the manufacturing process on all of our luxury Supima® cotton from start to finish to ensure that you get the best quality, guaranteed.
3. How do I care for my luxury linens?
Machine wash your Gryphon Home linens with warm or cold water. Wash with similar colors. Do not bleach, and avoid harsh chemicals that may cause discoloration. Tumble dry on low with similar items.
4. Do you offer a military discount?
Yes! We offer up to a 30% discount for current and former members of the U.S. military, military spouses, and dependents with a valid ID.
We also offer discounts for first responders including fire, EMS, and law enforcement officers as well as federal, state, and local government employees and teachers K-12 and university teachers/staff. For more information on our GovX ID Military Discount, visit our page here.
5. When will my order ship?
Gryphonhome.com strives to ship within 2 business days after an order has been received, excluding company holidays. Orders received over the weekend, or on a company holiday, will be processed for shipment within 2 business days upon return. Shipments are properly insured at no additional cost to customers.
Orders placed after 12 noon eastern time will begin to be processed the following business day. Shipping costs are based on the shipping method selected and zip code entered.
6. When will my order arrive?
Once your order is ready to ship, it generally takes an additional 3-7 business days for delivery within the contiguous United States. No weekend or holiday delivery is available. Please note, at this time, we are unable to ship to P.O. box addresses.
For shipments to Alaska and Hawaii: when your order is ready to ship, it generally takes 10-15 business days for delivery.
We are unable to ship to U.S. territories and international locations at this time.

7. How do I return or exchange a product?
We’re confident that you’ll love the unmatched comfort and quality of our bedding. That’s why we offer a 100-day trial period on all of our items. If you are not satisfied with your item for any reason, you can return it for free within 100 days of placing your order.
